We collect one thing: your email address, and only if you type it in. This page says what happens to it. It is short because what we do is short.
Wilde Days Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17457182, at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a date of birth, an address, a phone number, or anything about your children. There is nothing to buy yet, so there is no payment information either.
We use double opt-in, which means an address does nothing until you click the link in the confirmation email. If you never click it, you never hear from us.

Kit is based in the United States, so your address is transferred outside the UK. That transfer relies on the standard safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.
We do not sell your address, rent it, or share it with anyone else. Not with advertisers, not with the factories we work with, not with anybody. If that ever changed we would ask you first, and it is not going to change.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner.
Kit records whether a marketing email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. That is ordinary for any mailing list, and it is how we know whether an email was worth sending. You can stop it by unsubscribing.
Our host keeps standard server logs for security and to keep the site up.
Until you ask us to stop, and no longer. Unsubscribe and we delete the address rather than keeping it on a suppression list indefinitely.
If you never confirm your address, we delete the unconfirmed entry after twelve months.

The quickest route is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. It is instant and you do not have to explain yourself.
For anything else, email hello@wildedays.com. We will respond within one month, and usually the same week — there is one of us and the list is small.
We make clothes for children, but this website is for the adults who buy them. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13, and we have no reason to: there is nothing here for a child to sign up to.
If you believe a child has given us an address, tell us and we will delete it.
Tell us first — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than have you complain about us.
But you have the right to go straight to the regulator if you prefer. That is the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
When we start selling, we will collect more — a delivery address, an order history, payment handled by a payment provider who never gives us your card details. This page will be rewritten before that happens, not after.
If we change anything that affects what we already do with your address, we will email you about it rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
